Hurry down the chimney!!
Today we realized we hadn't written our letters to Santa! We've seen the man in red twice already, but we have yet to put our requests in writing. We remedied that this afternoon :)
Annie is doing really, really well with her writing. However, the idea of writing the list all by herself stressed her out (what if Santa can't read it mom?!) so we did our dots (this is her favorite method of writing, it really bothers her if her handwriting doesn't look neat. I can't imagine where she got so OCD about things!). All we can get out of her that she wants for Christmas is a Mrs. Potato Head.
Abbie's list was crazy long, but we made her whittle it down a bit (seeing as how Santa will not be bringing her a laptop, or an ipod, or a puppy) and these are what's left (besides new shoes, new clothes, and glasses with real diamonds.) She's also kind of obsessed with peace signs -- she puts them everywhere, even in her people's faces :)
